About Me

I'm dedicated to guiding my students to reach their goals, adapting to each student's learning pace, style, and educational needs. I fell in love with teaching while working for a music non-profit in college, and knew I wanted to open my own studio.

I strive to make lessons fun and engaging. I ensure a strong technical/theoretical foundation while also devoting time to explore music that interests my students. A typical lesson includes technique exercises, reviewing theory concepts, improvisation/composition projects, and of course, playing/singing songs!

EDUCATION

  • BA in Music, summa cum laude, SVSU (2020)

  • Outstanding Music Graduate (2020).
